Localisation of meat samples on each muscle. A : RA muscle - the sample was taken in the dorsal part of the muscle, in the middle, between cranial and caudal directions. B : LT muscle - the sample was taken in the 6thrib of the right half-carcass. The sample was taken in the middle of the muscle, between cranial and caudal directions. C : TB muscle - the sample was taken in the left half-carcass, in the middle of the muscle, directly under the skin.
